NIG Scottish Thistles 15, Heriots 12

A last-second penalty from Graeme Kiddie gave the Scots victory over Heriots.

The Scottish team got off to a good start with an early try from Gareth Flockhart, after good work by Shaun Welch. Graeme Kiddie added the conversion.

Heriots tied the scores before the break with a try from Marc Teague, converted by Ian Stent.

The Edinburgh side then grabbed the lead in the second half with a deserved try through Rory Lawson, but the conversion was missed.

Kiddie tied the scores with a late try, but he missed the conversion before he landed the decisive penalty.
