A powerful surge from ex-Melrose player Jamie Blackwood stretched the Edinburgh side’s lead as Hawks struggled to win the ball.

Hawks threatened with scores from Stuart Low and Stevie Gordon, but it was too little too late for the Glasgow team as Watsonians progressed.
